Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by superflisg B.V. ("superflisg", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at superflisg.live, booking travel services, or engaging with our company in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and superflisg B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number 28573469 and VAT number NL237586419B135. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

By making a booking or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of others, you warrant that you have their authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Service Description

superflisg operates as a travel agency providing comprehensive travel planning and booking services including but not limited to:

• Holiday and vacation packages
• Business travel management
• Luxury travel experiences
• Group tours and custom itineraries
• Flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings
• Travel insurance and visa assistance
• 24/7 travel support services

We act as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for the actual provision of travel services, which are supplied by third-party providers subject to their own terms and conditions.

Booking Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking through superflisg, the following terms apply:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and payment received
• Full payment or deposit may be required at time of booking
• You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents are valid and up to date
• Special requests cannot be guaranteed but will be passed to suppliers
• You must provide accurate information for all travellers
• Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier terms and fees

Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

Payment Terms

Payment for superflisg services is due as follows:

• Deposit or full payment required at time of booking confirmation
• Final balance due as specified in booking confirmation (typically 8-12 weeks before departure)
• Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
• All prices quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Additional charges may apply for payment method fees
• Failure to make payment may result in booking cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by due dates. Any bank charges or processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary depending on the travel supplier and type of booking. General cancellation policies include:

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation fees apply as per supplier terms and conditions
• superflisg administration fees may apply to all cancellations
• Refunds processed within 14-28 days after cancellation confirmation
• Travel insurance may cover certain cancellation costs
• No-shows result in forfeiture of all payments

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation costs.

Travel Documents and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documents:

• Valid passport with appropriate validity (typically 6 months beyond return date)
• Necessary visas and entry permits
• Health certificates and vaccination records where required
• Travel insurance documentation
• Any other documents required by destination countries

While we provide general guidance on travel requirements, you must verify all requirements with relevant authorities. superflisg is not liable for costs incurred due to inadequate documentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the superflisg website and in our materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of superflisg or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission. The superflisg name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

You grant superflisg a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any feedback, reviews, or content you provide for marketing and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, superflisg's liability is limited as follows:

• We act as intermediaries and are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid to us for the specific booking
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation
• Force majeure events are beyond our control and responsibility
• Claims must be made within 12 months of the incident

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be legally excluded.

User Responsibilities

When using superflisg services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and property of others
• Not engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Not interfere with website operation or security
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these responsibilities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of superflisg services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

For consumer contracts, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

superflisg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
